We visited Dutch kennel Footstep where nice male Falolan of Beltine lives. We chose him for mating our Berry. Breeders Ankie Somers & Marja Barten live in Berghem near the old town Hertogenbosch. They have been breeding German Wire Haire Pointers in the kennel Footstep since 1981. Except of they have four IW´s: Up and Away v.d. Oelm?hle, Cedrik of Beltine, Faolan of Beltine and nice female Wolfhouse Tiger Rag.
Faolan (pet name is Eagan) is young imposing male with a beautiful head and nice movement. Berry fell in love with him in first appearance :-))

Ankie has got an interesting job. She works as a caninehydroterapeut, she does physiotherapy in the pool with warm water. You can see www.aquadog.nl. I was looking at Ankie when she was working. There were some dogs. I was very impresed by 12 years old Leonberger "Mack". Osteosarkoma in his front leg was diagnosed 15 month ago. He takes homeopathics, bioresonace and he goes regularly to hydrotherapy. His handicaped leg is used for swimming even it isn´t used for walking at all.
Ankie has worked with some dogs, Bernise mountain dog with operate hocks and puppy of Bordeaux dog after the operation HIP dysplazia.

We spent very nice weekend in Holland and I´d like to thank to Ankie and Marja for their hospitality. We were on a trip in Hertogenbosch, we were looking at locks on the Maas river and of course really Dutch windmill :-)

Blackberry is the Czech Champion - At the beginning of the year, Berry participated in two shows and she managed to accomplish all the conditions necessary for receiving the Czech Champion title

Sad News - On February 14th, we had to put our lovely Guinevere asleep. The reason was a very advanced stage of mammary cancer. We miss her very much and will never forget her!

Our Guinevere celebrated the ninth birthday. She got cake looked like a mole hill with bananas inside. (Guinevere loves bananas and moles :-) It was very good, all of us tasted it!

Artur Flinstone pod Stirkou received at International dog show Kielce (Poland) ex1 CWC CACIB and he completed all the conditions for according the title of INTERCHAMPION. We congratulate! Apart from that he alsou received coursing license at Coursing in Rudna pod Pradedem.
